Psychotherapy is a process that allows the opportunity for one to identify and explore unresolved mental conflict in a safe environment. Through our work together my hope is that you can experience the joy of healing from emotional wounds in order to engage in more meaningful relationships with yourself and others. As your guide in this process I hope to create a nonjudgmental environment in order to allow for us to be curious about what your feelings are communicating and how you can interact with them in more productive ways.
